About
The engineering partner behind the roadmap
Termato is a small senior team. We take on work where the outcome matters more than the headcount.
Company overview
We started Termato after years inside product teams, seeing the same failure mode repeat: strong plans, stalled delivery. The fix is rarely more process. It is smaller releases, clear ownership, and infrastructure that does not fight the team.
Today we run engineering, cloud, and AI engagements for clients in logistics, healthcare, and retail. Some are greenfield builds. Others are rescues. All of them end with a system someone on your side can operate.

Our mission is plain: build systems that keep working after the launch excitement wears off.
That means durability over demos, and handover over lock-in.
Engineering philosophy
Boring technology where it earns its keep
Postgres, queues, and containers carry most workloads. We introduce novelty only when it solves a problem the boring option cannot.
Measure before optimizing
Every performance engagement starts with numbers from production, not assumptions from a whiteboard.
Security is a default, not a phase
Least-privilege access, dependency scanning, and secret hygiene are part of the build, not a follow-up ticket.
What we value
Write it down
Decisions live in documents your team keeps. Anyone can trace why the system looks the way it does.
Small releases, often
Shipping in two-week slices keeps risk visible and feedback honest.
Own the outcome
We measure ourselves on production metrics, not hours or story points.
Leave it better
Every engagement ends with documentation, tests, and a team that can run the system without us.
Technology expertise
The tools we reach for first. We adopt others when a project calls for it.
